Our 1-on-1 coaching is perfect for someone who needs individual guidance and accountability or has a time-based specific performance or body composition goal they are ready to achieve.

HOW IT WORKS

  • You get a personal coach that works 1-on-1 with you to access your goals and guide you to achieving them.
  • Phone & email check-ins with your coach and re-cap.
  • Data sharing with your coach.
  • Common goals are; weight loss, finding a sustainable method of addressing nutrition, performance increases, increased energy and increased flexibility in the kitchen.
  • Community forum for all questions and connecting.
  • Cost: $195, For best results, we recommend starting with a 3-month commitment.
